Width is about 2 1/2 inches. The length is approximately 12 inches wide. And the height of the step is approximately 2 inches inches. The distance from the hand belt to the other side hand belt outside the outside is approximately 29 inches. 2″ velcro on back except on the end of the lower 71″ area as shown.
