All horses can go up and down but we can also manufacture our 6 horse Kiddie Carousel that three do not move and three do for the children that are not ready for the thrill of he movement. Three Larger horses go up and down while there are three non moving for the younger children. Available as a ground model or on trailer as seen in the picture. Includes led carnival lights and music.
